About us

Transformation begins when we change structures, not just individuals.

We are a multidisciplinary team made up of three professionals with experience in the fields of Law and Political Science within companies and organisations of different kinds. We share a common purpose: to make the exercise of rights real and effective from a gender perspective and through other intersectional approaches.

Our professional journey has generally run parallel to the use of Law as an instrument for social transformation and the achievement of rights. Our professional support is also based on listening, technical rigour and adaptation to the specific nature of each need.

We offer legal, training and support services in cases of harassment and discrimination, with particular emphasis on an approach based on transformative justice.
